Accessifi Open Beta Test Recap
After a very impressive surge in new users and community members, Accessifi has finally concluded the open beta test!
Running from December 17–24th, the beta test was a chance for the Accessifi development team to closely monitor activity on the platform, stress test the smart contracts, and identify potential bugs. It was also an opportunity for community members to try out the application, mint their own SAFT NFTs, and provide feedback on any changes or improvements that could improve the user experience when Accessifi officially launches mainnet.
The team has been sorting through feedback forms and have released details of the first 400 user accounts who will each receive rewards for their efforts, as well as those who identified bugs as part of the bug bounty campaign on January 7th.
Beta By The Numbers
- 30k Twitter impressions
- 2,000 Medium views
- 2,000 Google Feedback forms
- Thousands of newly-minted SAFT NFTs
And most impressively.
- Over 650 unique SAFT agreements submitted!
Additionally, community members submitted over 50 bug reports (half unique), which mainly covered issues such as small front-end cosmetic issues and minor operational errors. Overall, despite the campaign only lasting one week, community participation was strong and has provided the Accessifi team with vital data to support the next stage of development.
What’s up Next?
As the team takes time to digest all of the feedback and data attained during the beta test, some key suggestions have stood out and are in line with our own plans.
First and foremost, many community members expressed their wishes to see a more engaging and personalized interface. We agree with this and intend to work on a visual upgrade to the platform after developing and refining functionality. Over the next few weeks, we will be revamping the whole application with a new brand image to make it more appealing and personalized to each user. Note that during this time, Accessifi will still be live on testnet and users can still try out the application there.
Moving forward into 2022, mainnet launch is tentatively scheduled for early February, which will see a lot more usability as well as an enhanced user experience. Also, Accessifi will be making moves to become more multi-chain accessible by working with other technical partners to integrate and further build out out the brand, community, and product.
Finally, the Accessifi DAO Governance framework and implementation will start to take shape in 2022 as the development team begins to shift control about the platform’s direction toward the community. This is an important and long-term step that will meaningfully increase the value of Accessifi for the community and the whole DeFi industry.
